Systemline Modular is not available without completion of this course. We will discuss the advantages of a completely CAT5 wired system and how Modular is able to distribute audio with Hifi sound using this well known data cable. Each component of Modular single source is discussed in depth and how they work together to complete a system. Each delegate will work on one of our training system for a complete ‘hands on’ experience. A toolkit is provided for installation of the system as well as a complete set of documents. We will also discuss the opportunity of wiring for multi source as well as Modular video distribution for an upgradeable system.

Overview

Requirements

Attendees should be familiar with structured wiring installation to the EIA/TIA 568B (AT&T 258A) specification, and will be provided with a 110 punch down insertion tool (as per telecoms standard). Knowledge of testing CAT5 cabling is assumed.

Timetable

Systemline Modular demo systems will be shown and configured, and Quick Installation Guides and related documents will be used, together with practical exercises, to ensure that all delegates leave with the knowledge necessary to install and troubleshoot a Modular site.
